President Emomali Rahmon attended ceremony to open Bahor kindergarten in Bobojon Ghafurov district

On March 29, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put in commission the Bahor preschool educational institution in Boghiston neighborhood of Bobojon Ghafurov district.
The Bahor kindergarten building is designed to educate 200 children and was built and commissioned by the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Tajikistan at a cost of 4.7 million somoni. This important activity was implemented on the basis of the instructions of the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, on increasing the number of children enrolled in preschool educational institutions.
The Bahor kindergarten is the first preschool institution in Boghiston neighborhood of Bobojon Ghafurov district.
During the ceremony, it was announced that the Bahor preschool educational institution has favorable conditions for the education and training of children in 6 groups, and the necessary conditions for play and recreation have also been created.
In the preschool institution, 30 experienced educators and caregivers have been recruited through a competition to educate and upbring children from 2 to 7 years old. The education is conducted in Tajik and Russian.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the existing conditions and capabilities of the kindergarten, gave specific instructions and assignments to those responsible to improve the level and quality of education and upbringing in preschool educational institutions, the intellectual development of children, language skills and other knowledge and skills in the spirit of self-awareness.
The great and constant attention of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, to the education and upbringing of children and adolescents has led to the construction and operation of hundreds of new kindergartens and nurseries in all corners of the country.
Currently, 40 preschool educational institutions operate in Bobojon Ghafurov district, and the enrollment of children at this level of education, excluding child development centers, is more than 20 percent.
It was reported that during the period of independence, with funding from the Government of the country and contributions from entrepreneurs, 24 new and modern kindergartens were built in the district, improving the conditions and opportunities for education in preschool educational institutions.
