On March 30, during his working trip to the cities and districts of Sughd Province, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, in the village of Shamsobod, Ismoil rural community, Bobojon Ghafurov district, commissioned the renovated building of the Navruz Preschool Educational Institution, a nursery and kindergarten.

This facility was renovated in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State Emomali Rahmon, which were expressed during the annual Address to the Majlisi Oli to the heads of the regions, cities and districts regarding the construction and reconstruction of preschool institutions, and is also included in the list of items of the celebratory plan of action to celebrate the 35th anniversary of state independence.

The Navruz Preschool Educational Institution was reconstructed at the expense of the executive authorities of Bobojon Ghafurov district for 200 children with 35 jobs.

This preschool institution has 7 educational groups, and the educational process is conducted in two languages ​​- Tajik and Russian.

The building consists of two floors, and a music hall, a canteen, bedrooms, and classrooms are among the facilities provided in the kindergarten.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the construction work and considered the commissioning of the building of the Navruz preschool educational institution a holiday gift to the children of the village in honor of the International holiday of Navruz.

It was noted that currently the enrollment of children in preschool institutions in the Bobojon Ghafurov district is 28.7 percent, and there are 40 state and private kindergartens operating in the district.

The village of Shamsobod is also one of the neighborhoods with a high population density. Currently, 4,000 people live in this village, and 3 preschool institutions are operating for the children of residents.

In general, the issue of establishing and rehabilitating preschool educational institutions in the Bobojon Ghafurov district, one of the most populous regions of the country, is receiving special attention, and in the next five years, dozens of new preschool institutions are planned to be built in the district.

It should be noted that the upbringing and inclusion of the younger generation in high-quality education is considered one of the important goals of the state, and efforts are aimed at ensuring that children study in good conditions and make a significant contribution to the development of their homeland in the future.
