On April 27, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Honourable Masoud Pezeshkian, which reads:
“Your Excellency,
The news of the massive explosion in Bandar Shahid Rajaee in Bandar Abbas, Islamic Republic of Iran, and the resulting deaths and injuries to a large number of people, has caused us deep sorrow.
Declaring solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran in this tragic incident, I express my deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to you, the friendly Government and people of Iran, and I ask God for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased and a full recovery for all the injured.”
