Ambassador of Tajikistan Holds Meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus

DUSHANBE, 17.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 15, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Belarus, Bakhtovar Safarzoda, met with the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, Yuri Shuleiko, to discuss the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, the two sides explored ways to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation, particularly in the areas of trade and economics.
Both parties expressed particular interest in the potential for increasing the volume of mutual trade and ensuring its sustainable growth over the coming years.
The discussions also focused on furthering strategic collaboration between Tajikistan and Belarus, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to active cooperation in the future.
The meeting underscored the importance of fostering closer ties between the two countries, particularly in strengthening economic and commercial partnerships for the benefit of both nations.
