Textile Complexes Essential for Industrial Development in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 24.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – «To foster industrial development, the establishment of textile complexes in the country and an increase in production output in this sector are deemed necessary,» stated Honorable Emomali Rahmon, President of Tajikistan, on May 17 during the National Seminar-Meeting of Agricultural Producers and a gathering with activists in Danghara District.
In his address, Emomali Rahmon underscored the importance of implementing all necessary measures to boost exports.
He also expressed concern over the irregular operations of certain industrial enterprises, particularly those that have ceased functioning.
The President emphasized that addressing existing deficiencies within the sector and creating new production facilities are crucial for the country’s industrial progress.
