DUSHANBE, 26.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 26, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, during his working trip to the Rushon district, put into operation the «Ganji Rushon» Dairy and Bakery Products Factory.

The new industrial enterprise produces more than 5 types of products, including cream, sour cream, jurghot (Tajik yoghurt), chakka (sour dairy product), and butter.

The enterprise was built on the instructions of the top state leadership by domestic entrepreneur Mulkibek Safarbekov in order to provide the population with natural and environmentally friendly products, and is equipped with modern production lines.

The industrial enterprise’s production equipment and devices were imported from developed countries of the world.

The «Ganji Rushon» company employs 10 local specialists with permanent jobs and good salaries.

The production capacity of “Ganji Rushon” is 1 ton per day and up to 30 tons of high-quality dairy products per month.

After getting acquainted with the production process, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, visited the exhibition of the enterprise’s products.

The exhibition presented dairy and bread products of the new industrial enterprise, which are produced with high quality.

While getting acquainted with the enterprise’s products, the Leader of the Nation gave instructions and advice to the officials to comply with safety regulations when processing milk and packaging it based on national and international standards.

The officials plan to establish cheese production in the future.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon expressed gratitude to the entrepreneurs for their assistance in implementing the fourth goal — accelerated industrialization of the country, and for creating new jobs and establishing the production of import-substituting products.
