DUSHANBE, 11.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commissioned the «Boghiston» Cultural and Entertainment Complex in the village of Sangiston of Aini district.

The cultural facility was built to celebrate the great national holiday — 35th anniversary of state independence, and after its launch, a total of 32 unemployed residents will be provided with jobs.

The total area of the complex is 8 thousand square meters. The «Boghiston» Cultural and Entertainment Complex consists of one floor and a basement. It houses a modern library with 5 thousand volumes of modern, classic and children’s world literature, a shoe workshop with a production capacity of 20 thousand pairs of shoes per year, a beauty salon, a gym, work rooms of the district sports school, a wedding house, a restaurant with 150 seats, and other auxiliary facilities.

During the acquaintance, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the completed works and assessed their implementation as effective and efficient in providing infrastructure in certain sectors.

It is worth noting that the building of the «Boghiston» complex was built with a design and methods specific to national architecture, and has become one of the best places for entertainment of residents and guests.

The courtyard and the surrounding area of the building have been landscaped, and modern summerhouses and verandas have been built for residents to relax.

The shoe production workshop, which was commissioned based on the country’s industrialization development program, has all the equipment installed, is a new generation production, and saves energy.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the current production capacity of the workshop is 20 thousand pairs per year, and given the increasing demand, the volume of production and the number of workers will also be increased significantly.

Here, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon also visited the library of the complex and got acquainted with its working conditions.

The electronic library of this scientific database contains 2 thousand publications, providing a favorable opportunity for lovers of literature.

The corners of republican contests, including the republican contests “Book — Source of Knowledge” and “Tajikistan — My Beloved Homeland”, constitute separate sections of the library, which are equipped with the necessary literature.

In order to promote a healthy lifestyle and popularize sports, the State Institution of the District Sports School operates in the Complex, taking into account the halls and other necessary infrastructure.

Also, the gym is designed for table tennis, wrestling, weightlifting, and checkers and chess. Youth and athletes expressed their gratitude to the country’s top leadership for this initiative.

The wedding house and beauty salon are separate facilities of the complex, furnished with the necessary equipment.

The national restaurant of the complex has 150 seats and is suitable for holding various events. The design and appearance of the restaurant are purely national, decorated with high-quality modern architectural art.

Here, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, met with 80 orphans and students of boarding schools in Aini and Kuhistoni Mastchoh districts, and presented them with gifts.

It is worth noting that, as is tradition, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, during each of his working trips, is informed about the condition of orphans and shows concern for this segment of society.

In addition to setting a rich and delicious table, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, presented a set of clothes and financial assistance to teenagers and young people who, by fate, have been deprived of parental care. This event made the children happy and joyous.

The orphans received valuable gifts from the hands of the humane Leader with joy and enthusiasm. The children expressed their happiness that they are always under the care and support of the beloved Leader of the Nation.

The President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, had a sincere conversation with orphaned teenagers and young people and students of boarding schools in Aini and Kuhistoni Mastchoh districts, guiding them towards a good and excellent education, learning professions and crafts, foreign languages, and working with modern technologies.

During his speech, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, emphasized that the Government of the country always pays comprehensive attention to the needy segments of society, especially orphans and people with disabilities.
