DUSHANBE, 21.08.2025 (NIAT Khovar) –  On August 21, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, inaugurated State Preschool Institution No. 59 on Said Nosir Street, Ismoili Somoni district of the capital.

It was reported that the new kindergarten building was built within 2 years with the direct initiatives of the leadership of the Executive Body of State Power of Dushanbe as part of preparations for a worthy celebration of the 35th anniversary of state independence. It is designed for 450 children.

The newly built institution consists of 3 floors and a basement, and it provides good conditions for the development of children’s minds and various exciting games.

State Preschool Educational Institution No. 59 was built with a modern design and high quality in order to implement the instructions of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli by the State Institution of the Department of Basic Construction of the Executive Body of State Power of the city of Dushanbe.

The educational rooms of the kindergarten are equipped with the necessary equipment, including tables and chairs and all kinds of interesting children’s toys, and education and care are carried out in 3 languages: Tajik, Russian, and English.

According to the project, this institution provides good conditions for 22 groups, including educational rooms with a bedroom and bathroom, music, dance, gymnastics, art halls, a hall for holding clubs and events with 90 seats, a canteen, a playground and a swimming pool, and was called a worthy gift for the children of the independence era on the eve of the new academic year 2025-2026.

The new kindergarten employs 129 caregivers and other pedagogical, administrative, and technical staff.

During the visit, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the work done and directed the officials and teachers to provide high-quality education to children and educate them in the spirit of patriotism.

By the instructions of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, the number of preschool educational institutions in Dushanbe will increase in order to raise children well-educated, intelligent, and patriotic.

Within the framework of the general plan, it is planned to build 70 preschool educational institutions in the capital in the coming years.

In this regard, a relevant decision of the Mayor of Dushanbe, Rustam Emomali, has been signed, within the framework of which 10 more kindergartens will be built and put into operation by the end of 2025.

According to the plan, high-rise residential buildings and shopping and service centers with a modern design have been erected on Said Nosir Street in the Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe, and the construction of a modern kindergarten here will lay the foundation for the education and upbringing of the younger generation.
