DUSHANBE, 11.09.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited Baljuvon district and commissioned new enterprises for the production of flour, oil, fruit and vegetable juices, and the processing of dried fruits and herbs in the village of Kuhanshahr.
During the acquaintance, the President of the country was informed that with the launch of 4 modern industrial enterprises, about 100 local residents were provided with jobs.
The production enterprises in the Baljuvon district industrial complex were built on an area of more than 1 hectare by a group of domestic entrepreneurs at a cost of 9 million somoni.
The visit of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, started from familiarization with the Baljuvon Development Limited Liability Company.
This enterprise produces up to 20 tons of flour per day using modern equipment and technology.
Here, local wheat and imported raw materials are processed with high quality, and the finished products are sold under the Ordi Baljuvon brand.
Currently, two technological lines of another industrial enterprise are used to package cottonseed and sunflower oil in containers from 3 to 10 liters.
The establishment of new enterprises in this direction will gradually reduce the dependence of the domestic market on imported products and improve the living standards of the people.
Continuing the visit, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, also got acquainted with the activities of enterprises for the production of fruit and vegetable juices and the processing of dried fruits and herbs.
It was reported that the modern industrial enterprise was built by domestic entrepreneur Adhami Kholbobo to meet the needs of the population and export it abroad within the framework of the fourth strategic goal — rapid industrialization of the country.
Two technological lines have been installed in this enterprise to process products, through which 1,000 conventional boxes of canned fruits and vegetables and 15,000 boxes of apple jam are produced per day. For the first time, delicious fruits are being exported from the Baljuvon district.
In the Baljuvon district, taking into account the growing demand for fruit and vegetable juices and dried fruits, the area of fruit and forest gardens is expanding.
Now, fruits and medicinal herbs from the gardens and forests of the district are processed in this modern enterprise with high quality and attractive design, and offered to customers under the Fayzi Baljuvon brand.
The newly established enterprise produces more than 25 types of products from fruits and herbs that meet international standards.
Here, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, was presented with samples of products from the newly established enterprises.
According to information, the newly established enterprises have started producing 40 types of products that are competitive in the market and, while meeting the needs of the population, are also exported.
During a conversation with officials, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, assessed the initiative of domestic entrepreneurs as important in contributing to the development of domestic production and providing residents with jobs.
