Today, a telephone conversation was held between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorable Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

During the conversation, the President of Kazakhstan sincerely congratulated the President of Tajikistan on his birthday and wished the Head of our state good health and further success in his responsible state activities.

The heads of state also expressed their views on specific issues of friendly relations and beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan within the framework of strategic partnership and alliance.

The sides expressed their readiness to continue joint efforts to effectively promote relations between the two countries.

The Presidents of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
