On December 19, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, held a cordial meeting with a group of Tajik students in Tokyo, Japan.
During the conversation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon inquired about the students’ educational conditions and expressed confidence that they would use the knowledge and skills they had acquired in Japan for the development and advancement of our beloved Tajikistan.
His Excellency Emomali Rahmon encouraged the youth to further and more deeply acquire the best knowledge and skills at Japanese universities.
Recalling the steady development of the education sector, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon emphasized that during the period of independence of our country, thanks to the continuous efforts of the Government, the fields of science and education, culture and spirituality have enjoyed significant development and transformation.
It was noted that in order to educate and train a new generation of future-oriented people, effective practical measures have been taken to significantly increase the number of educational institutions at all levels of education.
It was noted that in order to effectively use all the opportunities, the country needs highly qualified specialists in various fields.
Therefore, President Emomali Rahmon called on young people to pay serious attention to studying exact sciences, engineering and construction, road construction, energy, new technologies, and other important fields.
