Tajikistan Approves Protocol to Agreement on Forces and Means of CSTO Collective Security System

On 28 January, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular meeting of the second session of the Majlisi namoyandagon of the seventh convocation was held.
During the session, deputies considered draft protocols on amendments to the Agreement on the status of forming of forces and means of system of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization dated 10 December 2010, as well as to the Agreement on cooperation of the CSTO member states in the field of transportation of military and other units, movable property and military products dated 15 September 2015. Relevant decisions were adopted on these issues.
In addition, the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On the Protection of the Population and Territory from Natural and Man-made Emergencies’” was reviewed, and appropriate decisions were taken.
