DUSHANBE, 20.02.2026 (NIAT Khovar) – On 19 February, the Minister of Finance of Tajikistan, Fayziddin Kahhorzoda, held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Tajikistan, Guido de Sanctis.
The parties exchanged views on issues related to financing the continued construction of the Rogun Hydropower Plant, including the activities of an Italian company at the facility, a planned visit by a delegation of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti to Tajikistan, as well as other matters of mutual interest.
