Strengthening cooperation between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan in television and radio broadcasting was discussed during a meeting in Baku between Ilhom Abdurahmon, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan, and Rovshan Mamedov, chairman of the Closed Joint-Stock Company Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting.

According to the Tajik Embassy in Azerbaijan the officials also discussed mutually beneficial cooperation in the media sector, including ways to strengthen ties, expand collaboration, and exchange experiences between the two countries.
