On October 30, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe, His Excellency Rustam Emomali, officially inaugurated the Tamdid Limited Liability Company manufacturing plant specializing in aluminum and plastic doors and windows in Dushanbe.

The plant was established to promote domestic production, increase the country’s industrial capacity, supply the domestic market with high-quality products, and create new jobs.

Modern equipment for the production, assembly and installation of aluminum and plastic doors and windows has been imported from Italy, Türkiye and the People’s Republic of China.

The facility is equipped with four automated production lines, with a capacity of up to 100 products per shift.

President Emomali Rahmon was informed that the plant manufactures aluminum and plastic doors and windows, large-scale glass walls, façade systems, entrance doors, and other construction products. Products are manufactured according to customers’ specifications and requirements, while installation is also carried out by the company’s specialists.

The commissioning of the plant will provide permanent employment for 35 people. Particular attention is paid to compliance with technological requirements and quality control at every stage of the production process.

It was emphasized that the plant’s operations would contribute to supplying the domestic market with locally manufactured products, improving their competitiveness and creating favorable conditions for future export development.

The opening of such manufacturing facilities in the capital was described as an important initiative for industrial development, the expansion of manufacturing entrepreneurship, the introduction of modern technologies and the creation of new jobs.

During the inspection, the Head of State was also informed that the second phase of the project envisages the establishment of a modern glass-processing facility.

The second phase will have an annual production capacity of 36,000 glass units and will create 100 additional jobs.

The new facility will be equipped with modern automated production lines imported from Türkiye and the People’s Republic of China. Its operations will include glass processing, cutting, drilling, edge grinding, and the sealing of double-glazed units using specialized equipment.

The level of production automation in this phase is expected to reach 80 percent. This will enable the facility to manufacture glass measuring up to 6 by 3 meters and with a thickness of up to 60 millimeters.

The second phase of the project is scheduled for completion within one and a half years. It foresees the construction and commissioning of a modern glass-processing workshop equipped with advanced production machinery.

Implementation of the second phase will enable the company not only to manufacture finished doors and windows but also to process glass in-house. This will expand the range of domestically produced goods and increase the company’s overall production capacity.
