Salahuddin Rabbani expresses gratitude to President Emomali Rahmon for the constant support of the Republic of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 18.02.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Salahuddin Rabbani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has expressed gratitude for the constant support of the Republic of Tajikistan, particularly the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, who always offers interesting proposals to the international community and international organizations for the ensuring of security and stability in Afghanistan.
As NIAT “Khovar” correspondent reports, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan following the meeting with the Leader of the Nation that was held today in Dushanbe announced to journalists that during the meeting the parties have discussed the issues of Tajik-Afghan relations, and stressed the need to strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
Salahuddin Rabbani has also expressed confidence that this meeting will create favorable conditions to the expansion of economic relations between the two countries, as well as to combating terrorism, extremism and common threats.
