U.S. Trade Delegation visited FEZ “Dangara”
DUSHANBE, 13.07.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The U.S. trade delegation under the guidance of the Trade Council of U.S.-Tajikistan with the assistance of the government of Tajikistan visited the free economic zone of «Dangara».
According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, during the visit the guests were informed about the possibilities and preferences of free economic zones of the country, and then they were discussion part about interests and cooperation of companies with FEZ. Basically, the interests were related to the import and export of agricultural products and equipment and the establishment of IT-companies in FEZ, etc. At the end of the visit, the Chairman of the Trade Council, the U.S.-Tajikistan Philip de Leon expressed his gratitude for the fruitful meeting and expressed his intention to consider all the details of the meeting including the matters of creation of joint companies in the FEZ of the Tajikistan.
It should be noted that the U.S. trade delegation in Tajikistan, led by companies such as: AGCO, Baker & McKenzie, General Electric, Amity Technology, APR Energy, Coca-Cola, Visa, Mobilized Construction and WHITE64.
