Prospects for expansion of cultural cooperation between Tajikistan and Japan discussed in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 03.11.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The prospects for expansion of cultural cooperation between Tajikistan and Japan were discussed in Dushanbe at the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Zevar Davlatzoda with the cultural delegation of Japan led by the Director of the Japan Foundation Hiroko Miyajima.
According to the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan, the two sides have also discussed the issues related to the development of cultural cooperation between the two countries, the presentation of the Japanese culture in Tajikistan, the establishment of cooperation in the field of education, culture and art. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Tajikistan has also attended the meeting
We will recall that also, a fashion show of designer Junko Koshino took place in Dushanbe within the framework of the visit of the Japanese delegation. Her collection was shown in Tajikistan for the first time. Earlier, the designer presented her works in China (Beijing), USA (New York), Vietnam, Cuba, Poland and Myanmar. The collection of clothes of Tajik designers Nafisa Imranova and Khursheda Sattorova were also presented in this event.
