The new metallurgical enterprise is a worthy gift to Istiqlol city!
DUSHANBE, 16.11.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. “The construction of a metallurgical enterprise in the industrial zone of Tajikistan and China, in Istiqlol city is another serious step towards the industrialization of the country. The enterprise with a production capacity of 50,000 tons of lead per year is a continuous process of creative and constructive development of our independent country”, — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon said on November 16th at the opening ceremony of the metallurgical enterprise in Istiqlol city.
According to the Head of State, the role of this huge enterprise is great in the development of national industry, increasing the country’s productivity, budget revenues, creating of new jobs and social security of the population.
“Istiqlol city is named in honor of the greatest and most valuable achievements of the new history of the Tajik people. In 2018, the city will celebrate the 80th anniversary, and the opening of the large metallurgical enterprise is a worthy gift on the eve of the celebration”, — President Emomali Rahmon mentioned.
The Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon expressed gratitude to investors, specialists and builders, including the leadership of the “Mining Company of Tajikistan and China”, who made their contribution to the construction of this large industrial enterprise.
