Tajikistan attended the Third International Exhibition “TRAVELEXPO ANKARA – 2018”
DUSHANBE, 28.03.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. From March 22 to March 25 in Ankara city, Turkish Republic took place the Third International Exhibition “TRAVELEXPO ANKARA – 2018” — one of the main events of tourism sphere in this country. It was attended by leading tour operators, travel agencies, government agencies, hoteliers, insurance companies, booking services, tourism development agencies from Turkey, as well as from foreign countries.
According to the MFA Information Department, the Republic of Tajikistan at this event was represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Republic of Turkey. Taking into account the announcement of 2018 as “The Year of Tourism and Folk Crafts Development”, in the exhibition was introduced a tourist map of Tajikistan and various samples of folk crafts.
It is reported that the corner of Tajikistan attracted the attention of a large number of visitors. During the exhibition certain agreements were reached with tourist companies from Turkey on further cooperation in the field of tourism.
