Arts and Crafts Festival to be Held at the National Museum
DUSHANBE, 14.12.2018. (NIAT Khovar) – An arts and crafts festival called “Rangorang” (colorful) will take place on December 18 through 19 at the National Museum.
“Works by Tajik artisans will be widely represented at the festival,” noted the Deputy Director of the National Museum, Zafar Ibrohimov.
About 60 artisans from the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Rasht, Sughd, Kahtlon and other regions will present their works.
The festival is held to promote the declared Year of Tourism Development and Folk Crafts. It will be the final such event of the year.
The festival is organized by the National Museum and the Committee for Tourism Development.
