International Conference on Countering Terrorism Commences Today in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 17.05.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the high-level Conference titled International and Regional Cooperation in the Fight Against Terrorism and its Financing Sources, Including Drug Trafficking and Organized Crime opened in the Kohi Somon Palace in Dushanbe.
Foreign ministers, heads of bodies responsible for the fight against security threats and challenges, representatives of civil society, research circles and diplomatic corps are taking part in the conference.
The conference will include a plenary meeting, thematic and closing sessions, followed by a press briefing for local and foreign media representatives.
More than 200 foreign journalists are covering this international event.
