CSTO Indestructible Brotherhood 2019 Military Exercises Start in Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 22.10.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – The opening of the military exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) ‘Indestructible Brotherhood 2019’ took place at the Harb-Maidon training ground in Tajikistan. Exercises will last until October 29.
“Today, the international joint exercises ‘Indestructible Brotherhood 2019,’ which takes place at the Harb-Maidon training ground of Tajikistan, has been launched. As an integral part of a series of exercises in the Central Asian strategic direction in 2019, ‘Indestructible Brotherhood’ is of a special nature. Its peculiarity is the collective actions of military contingents of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus and Russia,» said Commander of the Central Military District Colonel General Alexander Lapin at the opening ceremony.
The exercises will be held in two stages.
