President Emomali Rahmon Expresses Condolences to Turkish President Over Earthquake Victims
DUSHANBE, 26.01.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a condolence message to the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The message reads in parts:
“Excellency,
It is with deep regret that we received the sad news of casualties and injuries caused by a strong earthquake in Turkey.
In connection with the tragic consequences of this natural disaster, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Tajik people I express my sincere condolences to the victims’ families and relatives, and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured. ”
