President Emomali Rahmon Signs Order on Holding 2020-2040 as Period of Learning and Development of Natural and Hard Sciences in Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 03.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed an executive order declaring the years 2020-2040 as the “Period of Learning and Development of Natural and Hard Sciences in the Republic of Tajikistan.»
The step was taken in order to promote science and widen the technical skills and outlook of the young generation.
The Ministry of Education and Sciences, Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan as well as other ministries and government agencies which are involved in education have been instructed to develop an action plan and submit it for consideration to the government within three months.
