DUSHANBE, 03.07.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On July 3, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 10.3088 TJS,

1 Euro – 11.6366 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1446 TJS.

Also on July 3, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 10.3088 TJS to 10.3100 TJS

1 Euro – from 11.6366 to 11.9000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1446 TJS to 0.1500 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
