Minister of Transportation Has Attempted Suicide
DUSHANBE, 11.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, at about 5:00, the 62-year-old Minister of Transportation Khudoyor Khudoyorzoda has attempted to commit suicide using a kitchen knife, reports the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to the source, Khudoyorzoda’s wife A. Kalandarova, his son Nekruz Khudoyorov, daughter Zainura Khudoyorova, daughter-in-law Gulniso Sufishoeva and other family members were at home, and provided first aid.
Currently, Khudoyorzoda is in stable condition after surgery and is under the supervision of doctors in the Istiklol Health Complex in Dushanbe.
Further investigation is under way.
