DUSHANBE, 05.02.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – French travel agencies intend to cooperate with Tajik travel agencies. This point was noted at an online meeting of the leadership of the Committee for Tourism Development and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, which was held to expand cooperation in the field of tourism.

The meeting was held in collaboration with the Embassy of Tajikistan in France and was attended by the Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development, representatives of associations, Tajik travel agencies and the Director of the Department of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Ambassador of France to Tajikistan, representative Atout France Moscow, the general secretary of the Association of French Travel Agencies and others.

The meeting discussed issues relating to strengthening friendship and cooperation, and the use of existing opportunities in the tourism sector.

French travel agencies have expressed their readiness to cooperate with Tajik agencies.

The Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development Tojiddin Jurazoda invited the head of the Department of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Helene Dantoine and heads of French travel agencies to take part in Navruz celebrations in Tajikistan.
