DUSHANBE, 23.04.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On April 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon delivered a video address at the opening ceremony of the Fourth Asia-Pacific Water Summit, which was held in Kumamoto, Japan.
The summit was opened by the Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida. The Emperor of Japan Naruhito, heads of state and government of Cambodia, Tuvalu, Laos, Uzbekistan, Bhutan, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nauru, Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Niue, Marshall Islands, and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres attended and spoke in presential, live, and video message formats.
