Fifty Tajik Rescuers Will Be Sent to Turkiye

DUSHANBE, 07.02.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Per instruction of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, 50 rescuers of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense will be sent to Turkiye to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake.
Tajik rescuers will be sent with a set of special rescue equipment to assist in the aftermath of the earthquake that occurred in Turkiye.
The group consists of highly qualified rescuers, surgeons and traumatologists.
Along with the rescue group on behalf of the government, humanitarian aid will also be sent to Turkiye.
