DUSHANBE, 06.02.2023 (NIAT Khovar) — Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Bashar al-Assad, which reads:
«Your Excellency,
The news of a strong earthquake in the friendly country of Syria, which inflicted the death and injury of a large number of people and resulted in huge damages, deeply grievened us.
In these difficult moments, I express my deepest sympathy to you, Mr. President, and all the friendly people of Syria, and I wish patience to the relatives and friends of the deceased and a complete recovery for all the injured.»
