Tajikistan and Japan Hold the Second Meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission

DUSHANBE, 14.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The second meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and Japan on economic, technical and scientific cooperation was held yesterday in Dushanbe.
The parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in the areas of trade and economy, investment, agriculture, industry, energy, transport, communications and modern technologies.
In addition, attention was paid to such areas as education, healthcare, tourism, labor and migration, environmental protection, sports, the creation of joint industrial enterprises, including within the framework of free economic zones of Tajikistan, with the involvement of Japanese investors.
