DUSHANBE, 09.01.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of his official visit to Iran, Speaker of the National Assembly of Tajikistan, Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali got acquainted with the Iran House of Innovation and Technology in Tehran.

It was informed that the Iran House of Innovation and Technology houses a center that presents the latest scientific and nanotechnological achievements of Iran in various sectors of the food, agricultural, pharmaceutical industries, medical equipment, animal and poultry feed, medicinal plants and others.

It was emphasized that the institution operates under the auspices of the Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy.

The Iran House of Innovation and Technology cooperates with foreign government and scientific institutions to expand the export of scientific products and develop joint scientific and technical cooperation between Iran and foreign states.

Here, in order to develop scientific and technical cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran, as well as develop relations in the field of technology and the knowledge-based economy, a ceremony was held to sign the Memorandum on the creation of an innovation and technology center of Tajikistan and Iran.

The memorandum was signed by the Speaker of the National Assembly Rustam Emomali and the Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi.
