The Head of State Emomali Rahmon participates in inauguration of Presidential School in Temurmalik district

DUSHANBE, 02.09.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On October 2, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, paid a working visit to Temurmalik district to inaugurate a number of facilities for various purposes and get acquainted with the living conditions of the people.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, first opened the Presidential School in Temurmalik district in the village of Dusti, Kangurt rural community, which was built by the generous domestic entrepreneurs, brothers Shamsullo and Mahmadzohir Sohibov.
Originally, this educational institution was intended for secondary education, but considering that it had been built and equipped at a high level and with good quality, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, while getting acquainted with the educational conditions, instructed to transform it into the Presidential School for the rural communities of Kangurt and Huseinobod, Temurmalik district. According to another instruction, all teachers and students should be admitted through a competition.
It was also ordered to build a dormitory for 400 students and a preschool for 200 children near the Presidential School.
During his tour of the facility, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the facility is designed to accommodate 700 students.
The educational building consists of 3 floors and has 27 fully equipped classrooms, study rooms, a culture hall with 240 seats, a traditional and electronic library connected to high-speed Internet, a hall and playground for volleyball and basketball, a canteen and other auxiliary rooms.
The facility is built in accordance with international requirements, and subject rooms, including physics, chemistry, biology, information technology, and other favorable conditions, contribute to the development of students’ knowledge.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, noted that “education is a priority direction of the state’s social policy, and investing in it is an investment in the future of the country,” and directed the teaching staff to make good use of the opportunities provided and to prepare highly educated personnel.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the educational process at the institution is conducted in three languages – Tajik, Russian, and English.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, considered the opening of the modern educational institution a clear example of partnership between the state and the private sector in the field of education, expressed gratitude to the patriotic and selfless entrepreneurs — Sohibov brothers for this noble initiative, and gave instructions and recommendations to teachers to educate a smart and intelligent generation.
