President Emomali Rahmon Holds Telephone Conversation with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

DUSHANBE, 29.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On October 29, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorable Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The Leader of the Nation expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the President and the brotherly people of Kazakhstan in connection with the accident at the coal mine in Karaganda region, which caused the loss of life. The Head of our state expressed his condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased, as well as wishes for a complete recovery to all the injured. It was hoped that the consequences of the accident would be eliminated as soon as possible.
During the conversation, the Heads of State emphasized the importance of the parties to continue the close coordination of the efforts of the parties at the bilateral and multilateral levels.
Regarding the tragic consequences of the accident in the coal mine, the President of Tajikistan also sent a telegram of condolence to the President of Kazakhstan.
