The Speaker of the House of Representatives (Parliament) of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Tajikistan, Guo Zhijun.
Faizali Idizoda noted that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, bilateral relations have entered a steady development track. He also emphasised that the success achieved in our bilateral relations was achieved thanks to the friendly relations and political will of the leaders of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the People’s Republic of China, His Excellency Xi Jinping..
The parties positively assessed the effective and productive activities aimed at developing interparliamentary cooperation. It was emphasised that particular attention is being paid to the development of Tajik-Chinese relations in the areas of trade, humanitarian cooperation, culture, education, defence, security, and the exchange of experience in various sectors of the national economy.
