DUSHANBE, 21.03.2026 (NIAT Khovar) – In connection with the International Holiday of Navruz, congratulatory messages and telegrams were sent to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, by a number of heads of state and government of foreign countries.
