70 items of property owned by the former chairman of IRPT and his people identified
Dushanbe, 03.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”) — The staff of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of Tajikistan by the decision of the head of the investigative group of the Prosecutor General of the country conducted a financial audit in the 12 privatized buildings, facilities and joint-stock companies owned by former Deputy Minister of Defense of Tajikistan Abduhalim Nazarzoda.
During inspections at 8 facilities has been identified financial damage to the state in the amount of 5.3 million Somoni.
In addition, the Agency staff identified 42 administrative buildings and residential premises, and 70 items of other property belonging to the former chairman of the IRPT M. Kabiri and his people. In the course of checking of OJSC “Sad-daryo” the financial damage made up 32.5 million Somoni, as well as misappropriation of funds at the amount of 16 million Somoni.
