Interior Minister’s Deputy meets with Chinese delegation
Dushanbe, 18.03.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Abdullo Navjuvonov has met in Dushanbe with representatives of the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China led by the Deputy Head of Department of International Cooperation of China Xu Nagano.
According to the MIA, the parties have discussed the issues of combating extremism, international terrorism, the challenges and threats to security in the region.
At the meeting the sides also touched upon the issues of assistance in the construction of the new building of the MIA Academy of Tajikistan and the Joint anti-terrorist center of the Interior Ministry and the Ministry of Public Security of China in Dushanbe.
