Kerry: US-Russia agreed new agreement to restore truce in Syria
Dushanbe, 10.05.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. US Secretary of State John Kerry announced on Monday that a new agreement between the US and Russia had been agreed which would restore a nationwide truce in Syria, euronews reported.
Kerry spoke to reporters in Paris after a meeting of heads of nations supporting the Syrian opposition.
The announcement came as Syria’s military announced a 48 hour extension of a local cease-fire, in the city of Aleppo.
