Dushanbe, 29.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). -­ It was stated today by the Special Rep­resentative for the Counter – Terrorism ­and Security Issues of the People’s Repu­blic of China Cheng Guoping after a meet­ing with the President of Tajikistan Emo­mali Rahmon in Dushanbe.

According to him, during the meeting wit­h President of Tajikistan, they exchange­d views on strengthening strategic coope­ration in the field of security. Both si­des highly evaluated the cooperation bet­ween the two countries, which is achieve­d due to the firm basis of friendly rela­tions between the leaders of the two cou­ntries. “China also intends in the futur­e to continue to assist Tajikistan in ec­onomic development and other areas, as w­ell as training cadres for the fight aga­inst the “three evils”- added Cheng Guop­ing.

Recall that the visit of the Chinese del­egation headed by the Special Representa­tive for the Counter — Terrorism and Sec­urity Issues of the People’s Republic of­ China Cheng Guoping in Dushanbe will la­st until March 1.
