Tajik Ambassador meets with Iran’s Energy Minister
Dushanbe, 17.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan Ne’matullo Emomzoda on February 16 held a meeting with the Minister of the Energy of Islamic Republic of Iran , who is also the Iranian chairman of the joint commission of the economic, trade, academic and cultural cooperation of Tajikistan and Iran, Hamid Chitchian.
Meanwhile of this meeting, issues related to the process of the implementation of the protocols of the 10th meeting of the joint commission of the economic, trade, academic and cultural cooperation of Tajikistan and Iran and its follow-up committee were studied by both sides.
At the same time, the Ambassador of Tajikistan and the Minister of the Energy of IRI discussed about the full complementation of the “Istiqlol” tunnel, which is run by the Iranian contractors, and also contributed for the next meeting of the joint commission of the Republic of Tajikistan and Iran.
