President Emomali Rahmon receives Kuwait’s Minister for Amiri Diwan Affairs in Kuwait
Dushanbe, 15.05.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has met with Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Minister for Amiri Diwan Affairs of the Emir of Kuwait.
During a meaningful conversation the sides exchanged views on the participation of Kuwaiti businessmen in the implementation of the priority hydropower, transport and communication projects as well as projects in the field of processing of minerals in Tajikistan.
The issues of active participation of Kuwaiti businessmen were also discussed in the creation of joint enterprises on processing agricultural products, strengthening cooperation in the priority sectors of agriculture, including animal husbandry, beekeeping, as well as the export of high-quality fruits, vegetables and clean drinking water of Tajikistan.
In view of the great opportunities and the unique experience of the State of Kuwait in the field of investment and entrepreneurship it was expressed hope that the available resources and capabilities in the development of relations will be used for the benefit of both sides and many joint projects in priority areas will be implemented in the near future.
