Consideration of three draft constitutional laws at the Council of Majlisi namoyandagon
Dushanbe, 07.06.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. In the near future, the deputies of the Lower House of Parliament of Tajikistan — Majlisi namoyandagon will make amendments and additions to the three drafts of constitutional laws of the country.
In this regard, on June 6, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Lower House of Parliament Shukurjon Zuhurov was held a session of the Council of Majlisi namoyandagon, where were discussed the draft of the constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan on amendments and additions to the constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On elections of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On elections of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan” and “On local government agencies”.
Council members have also discussed the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On appeals of individuals and legal entities”.
In order to improve the discussed projects the chairmen of committees of Majlisi namoyandagon Emomali Nasriddinzoda, Olimjon Salimzoda and other members of Council of Lower House of Parliament of the country have expressed their views.
