Bilateral consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and China held in Beijing
Dushanbe, 26.08.2016. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Bilateral consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China were held in Beijing, on 25 of August 2016.
Tajik delegation was headed by first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nizomiddin Zohidi, and the Chinese delegation was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Li Huyelai.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, during the consultations the sides discussed the state and prospects of development of bilateral cooperation in political, trade-economic, energy, transport and communications, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
In this context, special attention was paid to the implementation of the agreements reached at the meeting between Leaders of the two countries in June 2016.
In addition, the two delegations have exchanged their views on important regional issues and further improve of cooperation in the fight against the three evil forces and new threats to national and regional security.
