Foreign Minister meets with head of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia P. Draganov
Dushanbe, 20.10.2016. /NIAT «Khovar»/. In the framework of participation of the Tajik delegation in the 43rd Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers on October 19 in Tashkent, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan has met with the head of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Petko Draganov, Tajikistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Wednesday.
During the meeting the parties have exchanged views on the issues of cooperation of the Central Asian countries with the UNRCCA in strengthening regional security, process of implementation of programs and projects of the Center for the countries of the region, as well as involvement of Afghanistan in the regional integration initiatives.
