President of the Republic of Tajikistan, noting the high authority of Vladimir Putin in Russia and far beyond its borders, emphasized his outstanding role in the progressive development of relations of close friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia.

It was stated that a targeted work together to strengthen the Tajik-Russian strategic partnership is in the fundamental interests of the peoples of the two countries and is a factor of regional stability and security.
