Folk art of Tajikistan represented at the Cairo charity bazaar of Asia
Dushanbe, 15.11.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The annual Cairo charity bazaar of Asian States organized by the Association of spouses of ambassadors of Asian countries was held on November 12 in one of Cairo hotels, located on the banks of Nile. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported at the Embassy of Tajikistan in Egypt.
“Charity bazaar was officially opened in the presence of the Minister for Social Solidarity of Egypt Ghada Wali”, — stated Embassy’s message.
According to the source, from the Republic of Tajikistan, the event was attended by representatives of the Embassy of Tajikistan in Egypt. The stand of Tajikistan, which was visited by many Egyptian and foreign guests, was decorated by folk art products, in particular, examples of national cases, various accessories, embroidery, pottery, etc.
“The bazaar was represented by 16 Asian countries. The collected money will go for charitable purposes” — summarized the Embassy.
