Foreign Minister holds meeting with UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative for Tajikistan
The meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, Aslov and newly appointed UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Tajikistan, Ms. Pratibha Mehta took place in Dushanbe on November 23.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, during the meeting the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and UNDP have been discussed.
Minister of Foreign Affairs has expressed gratitude to UNDP for its assistance in expansion of the new Development strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030 and conducting High-Level Symposium on SDG 6 and Targets on 9-11 August 2016 in Dushanbe.
At the end of the meeting Ms. Pratibha Mehta presented to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan the accreditation letter.
