President Emomali Rahmon held a working meeting
Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon held a working meeting with the Chairman of Dushanbe, the heads of the security forces and law enforcement agencies.
Particular attention was paid to the latest local weather forecast, in particular affect of abundant rainfall in recent days.
Head of state Emomali Rahmon instructed the responsible persons, and the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense to use all available resources and capacity to prevent emergencies, for elimination of consequences of natural disasters, as well as ensure the safety of citizens and economic sectors.
President Emomali Rahmon also gave concrete instructions and guidelines for the expansion of bank protection works, road safety and land transport.
Heads of security agencies and law enforcement agencies have been instructed to take measures to ensure comprehensive security and the fight against corruption, drug trafficking, and other crimes and offenses.
